Try to search on google you will get lot of discussed threads for the same issue.

its memory issue to run your info package.

try to spilt your info pack selections like 009.2013 to 012.2013 and 001.2014 to 002.2014.

Try to increase data packets for your info pack along with parallel process.

From info pack--> scheduler--> default transfer settings.

its memory issues, take basis team help.
