Hello Raphael,

Thanks for your information.

I gone through the note mentioned by you in very detail. It is helpful for me to understand the process. Then i checked the system for background jobs. All the background jobs set exactly as per mentioned in SAP Note.

Program

RCVDDISP  : Report Shipping Dispatcher      - Scheduled Daily (At 10PM)

RCVDEVEN  : Report Shipping Event Handler   - Triggered by Event "SAP_START_EHS_RDO_EVENTHANDLER"

RC1WWIDP  : WWI Dispatcher     - Triggered by Event SAP_START_WWI_DISPATCHER

RC1WWIWP  : WWI work process   - Triggered by Event SAP_START_WWI_WORKPROCESS

No problem in background jobs. I even re-triggered WWI Dispatcher assuming some issue with WWI Server.

No problem with background job authorization, as job was running successfully for long period and few other orders were successful.

Have you found any other error on CG5Z or Generation logs ?

How to check it ? I don't know what is generation log. But there are items in CG5Z with "red" icon saying "incorrect".

Also check :

Are you able to generate reports alone? For example in CG02 ?

If not, it could indicate an issue in WWI installation or Generation servers.

How to generate the reports alone in CG02? I am unaware of this.

P.S: I checked today all the shipping order's status, all of them were in 'Completed' status. Problem solved by itself :-D. I think because of background job - report shipping dispatcher started again and its resolved. But really not sure why it was struck for two days (batch job running daily). why there was an issue is still a question mark.

Don't yell me although problem solved i am asking too many questions because i really interested to understand these process well.

Thanks :-))
