Go to the dynamic training menu (or events menu in old TEM). There's a function to activate (or "fix") trainings. Amongst other ways you find this function in the context menu, when right-clicking on the training/event.
However, if you want this to work oroperly, I reakky encourage you to go through the documentation. This is very basic stuff, and if you aren't aware if this, there wilk be many other pitfalls. Or, if you are in a prohect, ask your consultant to spend 2-3 hours walking you through the basics.
