Check the status of inspection lot, if material is assigned and no task list then assign the task list and post the stock from QI to UNRES.
Second material not assigned ? this i didn't get, how material is not there in inspection lot, without material this is not at all possible to create inspection lot. kindly check carefully.
From WM, use LL01 t code for monitoring the stock and convert the TR into TO once lot released from QI to UNRES.
