BOM in purchase order

Hi,

I would set up a BOM in purchase order.

I buy product A the purchase price  is on, but it's not managed in stock that I manage in stock is products B and C.

Example: Polio Vaccine (A) composed of the powder (B) and the diluent (C)

You know how I can do that?
