Mass migrate Deski and convert to BI 4.1

Hi gurus,

My concern is very simple and a hot topic with SAP BI 4.1 SP02 :

I have many Deski documents in version 5.1 and I want to migrate to SAP BI 4.1 SP02. It means that I've to convert Deski to Webi (No DCP will be used to keep them alive).

Does it exist an automatic way to massively migrate Deski document to SAP BI 4.1 Platform with SDK code for example, without installing BO XI 3.1 Server.

Other and easy solution should be installing BOXI 3.1 server, import Deski, and then use RCT to BI 4.1 but this is the last solution. An extra SDK code or others ways will be appreciated !
