Hi Deepak,
Once you are viewing clearing document in FB03 and it will show the clearing doc is same as the doc what we are viewing now. Please find the SS for your easy reference.
But once we are viewing the original doc then it will show the clearing doc as a different doc for this original doc. Get the original doc details in BKPF table.Please let us know do you still have any more queries.
